AND MORE VITAMINES.
this is a new chapter (after this post) of how to survive the last winter days
happy and healthy by wildly throwing together some vitamines...
and would should I say, we have lots of meals like this over here and we love it,
sometimes we achieve some quite edible results:
Arugula, grilled goat cheese, red wine and ginger dressing, figs and roasted soy beans
something for the sweet tooth (like mine): fruit salad with tangerines,
fennel, pear slices, hazelnut bits, bourbon vanilla and cinnamon role with light vanilla sauce
( I highly recommand this, the fennel fruit-mix is oh so yummie...)
lettuce, pears with caramelized hazelnuts, beetroot and pink beetroot dressing
stay fit,
